AGILE MFG. ADDS NEW FEATURES TO INTELLIGRO® CONTROLS FOR POULTRY
ANDERSON, Missouri, U.S.A. -- New features have been added to the
INTELLIGRO® Controls by Agile Mfg., Inc., a subsidiary of CTB, Inc. The
updated INTELLIGRO® Controls are from the company's PROTERRA® family of
controls and ventilation systems.

INTELLIGRO® Controls are state-of-the-art electronic controllers that help poultry
producers use proven software technology to provide an optimum in-house
environment for their birds. The controllers are used in managing power ventilation
as well as tunnel and natural ventilation houses. In most instances, producers can
use the same control to switch between all three environmental modes to help
enhance the house's environment while also maximizing energy savings.
The updated line of INTELLIGRO® Controls now includes multiple
configurations starting with 32 output relays. Additional relays may be
added to the control in groups of eight with a maximum of 80 outputs
possible per control. The basic units also include 20 inputs with the
potential of adding up to 28 more for a total of 48 inputs per controller.

All configurations feature the robust, reliable, state-of-the-art technology
needed for precise control of ventilation, feeding and watering
systems in the poultry house as well as for the recording and
reporting of current house environmental conditions.
Standard features on all models of the INTELLIGRO® include static
pressure sensor, ventilation timer ramping, eight additional time
clocks, and an expanded range of history subjects. The new units also feature
an external access port for the INTELLIGRO® Control's Memory Key. A
producer can set up an INTELLIGRO® Control, download those control settings to
the Memory Key, and then use the handheld electronic memory device to
transfer identical control settings to INTELLIGRO® Controls at other locations.
The updated controls also have a large 1/4 VGA (320 x 240) LCD
display screen. This screen size provides users with a more flexible
display of management data with less scrolling and offers the ability
to see information stored on the control in numerical as well as graphical
displays. The units also use "soft key" technology by having keys whose
function relates directly to the text displayed beside them.
Optional features available on the INTELLIGRO® Controls include
feed and water usage inputs and an air speed sensor. On the accessory side,
standard and expanded back-up boxes plus lightning protection devices
are available and are highly recommended.
The INTELLIGRO® Controls are a part of Agile's line of brand name
products for the poultry industry, which include ROXELL® feeding and
drinking systems; SHENANDOAH® nests, incinerators and heating systems,
PROTERRA® Systems ventilation equipment, and SIBLEY® brand heaters.
