Innovative Cooling for a World of Comfort
ProTerra® Evaporative Cooling Systems offer uniform surface wetting, meet optimum industry cooling standards, facilitate and minimize maintenance, and can be configured for nearly any building.

Evaporative cooling is the process of actually reducing air temperature by the evaporation of water in the air stream. The best performing systems draw incoming air through a wetted pad at the inlet of the ventilation system. As air passes across the great amount of surface area within the pad, BTUs of heat are removed from the air, lowering the air temperature. The more water is evaporated, the greater the temperature reduction.

Also, the drier the air at low relative humidity, the greater the ability of evaporation to take place. During the hottest time of the day, when cooling is needed, generally the humidity will be low, and the air can be cooled several degrees.

Easy-to-remove 6-inch pads with black coating and 45/15
   fluting for top performance.

Open top design for quick viewing and easy maintenance access.

Large 5/32-inch water hole minimizes clogging.

Full two-inch water distribution pipe allows for more even
   water distribution across pad area.

Removable end plug for easy cleaning.

Pad heights range from three through six feet in one foot
   increments.

Long 70-foot maximum standard length (or up to 35 feet
to either side of a center-mounted sump location).

One-piece continuous polypropylene trough is easy to install.

Seamless trough eliminates leaks and minimizes
   maintenance.

Mount sump in middle or at either end for flexibility in layout.

Tie evaporative cooling into the Intelligro® Control for automatic function.

Para la función automática puede conectar el malacate de la cortina al control INTELLIGRO ®.

For use directly on sidewall over existing curtains.

For use on separate exterior wall outside tunnel curtain.
